  1. Can I return an opened vinyl record or CD?
    No, opened vinyl records or CDs cannot be returned unless they are defective, as per Article 57(1)(6) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. This is because opened audio products can be copied, reducing their resale value. If your record or CD is defective (e.g., scratched and unplayable), contact us at [email protected] with a short video showing the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days under our Right of Withdrawal policy.
  2. How does shipping insurance work?
    For orders over 100 BGN, we offer optional shipping insurance to cover loss or damage during transit. The cost is shown at checkout and paid by the customer. If an insured package is lost or damaged, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping costs) after verifying the claim with the courier (e.g., Econt, DHL). Without insurance, we’re not liable for courier-caused damages, but we always pack your vinyl and CDs with love using FSC-certified mailers to minimize risks.
